He was, strangely enough, in my favourite backstreet sushi place in London one evening when I stopped in for dinner.

Nice guy.

I attended Cameron’s ‘Designing Elegant CSS Interfaces’ workshop held by Carson Workshops in London.

Well worth the money – he’s a fantastic speaker and a great person to learn from.

Jeremy came to my old company to do an AJAX training workshop. Top notch it was, too.

Andy stepped on my foot at the bar during a Geek Meet in London during 2005.

He apologised for doing it though, gent that he is.

We partied like 80’s rock stars ;)

Once upon a time, I met Mr Blind. We found out that we shared a love of sushi and met each other almost every Saturday to stuff our faces with raw fish. Then I started going to university which happened to be 2 minutes away from where Joshua worked, so we met up for coffee/pizza/noodles/sushi almost every day.

Being the silly dollop that I am, I would often get my knickers in a twist about what was going wrong in my life and my worries and fears about studying for a degree in maths which I felt was way beyond my ability, but Joshua was always there to pick me up and make me feel better about things.

Then all of a sudden, he decided to move out of London to some strange little island. On our last meeting before he left, we all went to eat dead pig and then moved on to the pub, but I left early. I cried as I walked away. Who on Earth was going to put up with my drivel now?!? :O

I thought I had lost him for good, but luckily for me he came back from that strange little island after a few months—Hurrah!! Now we live in a house together with another friend, and I’m sick of the bloody sight of him!! >ahem< I’m glad he’s here to listen to my drivel again :D

My life wouldn’t be the same without him.
